Chicago Sun Times is reporting that Ajasteak is serving Kobe beef fat fries on it's menu.

I think evangelines frites, cooked in straight beef fat are awesome. Kobe fat isn't really condusive to frying, as it has a low smoke point. Sounds like a sham.
